Providing Hope and Care for Abandoned Cows
.form-row.form-row-wide.ffm-field-container.js-phone-unformatted { display: none; } Project Cows are often the silent victims of road accidents, left injured and unable to walk. Our team at India Aid Foundation frequently encounters the heartbreaking sight of 5-6 cows dead due to these accidents. These innocent creatures suffer immensely, and it is our duty to provide them with the care and compassion they deserve. The residents of Brij have a rich history with cows, believing that Radha Rani had 11 lakh cows here, with Gopis from nearby villages coming to churn milk. This tradition has been preserved since ancient times, making cows an integral part of our cultural and spiritual heritage.Currently, we care for 300-400 cows at our facility, providing them with the medical attention and nourishment they need to recover and thrive. Our journey is not without its challenges. Sourcing medicine and fodder is often a daunting task, and there are times when resources are scarce. Despite these obstacles, our commitment to the well-being of our cows remains unwavering. We have never let our cows go hungry, even if it means cutting fodder from fields ourselves or seeking help from the community. There have been days when we had to go without food, but we ensured that our cows were fed and cared for. Challenges Faced: Our mission goes beyond just providing basic care. We strive to create a safe and nurturing environment where cows can live free from fear and suffering. Many of the cows we rescue are in dire conditions, having been neglected or abused. They require extensive medical treatment, proper nutrition, and a lot of love and attention to heal both physically and emotionally. Our dedicated team of veterinarians and volunteers work tirelessly to rehabilitate these animals, giving them a second chance at life.https://indiaaidfoundation.org/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/Ci-YouTube-Thumbnail.mp4The support from individuals and communities is crucial in helping us continue our mission. We urgently need your support to provide for the cows’ daily needs, including hay, green fodder, jaggery, bananas, and other essentials. The cows that come to us are often sick and in need of constant medical care. Without proper food, their recovery is hindered. We also need resources to improve our facilities, including building proper sheds to protect the cows from extreme weather conditions and cementing the floors to ensure their comfort and hygiene.Your generous donations will help us provide the necessary care and support for these vulnerable animals. By contributing to India Aid Foundation, you are making a tangible difference in the lives of countless cows who have no one else to turn to. Your support enables us to continue our rescue operations, provide medical care, and ensure that no cow goes hungry. Join us in our mission to protect and serve these gentle beings. Together, we can create a ripple effect of compassion and kindness that will resonate far beyond our immediate community. India Aid Foundation is dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, and care of cows and other animals. We strive to inspire compassion and responsibility towards all living beings. Our organization operates with a mission to prevent animal cruelty, provide medical care, and ensure that no animal goes hungry or homeless. With the support of generous donors and volunteers, we have created a safe haven for hundreds of cows, offering them a second chance at life. We believe in the power of collective action and invite you to join us in our mission to protect and serve these vulnerable animals.

India Aid Foundation’s Initiatives in Supporting Sadhus
.form-row.form-row-wide.ffm-field-container.js-phone-unformatted { display: none; } Project Our campaign aims to provide essential support and assistance to Sadhus, one of the most marginalized and neglected communities in our society. Saadhus, or religious ascetics, often live in poverty and face significant challenges in accessing basic necessities such as food, shelter, and healthcare. Through this initiative, we seek to restore dignity and hope to their lives by offering them the support they desperately need. Challenges Faced: One of the primary challenges we encounter in providing assistance to Sadhus is the lack of awareness and resources dedicated to their welfare. Additionally, Sadhus often face social stigma and discrimination, which further exacerbates their vulnerabilities and impedes our efforts to reach out to them effectively.
